Where do you deliver?
Residential and fleet fueling are available within the highlighted delivery zone. Reefer units, heavy equipment, generators, and similar commercial work can be served throughout the Rio Grande Valley. Contact us to confirm your location.
Can fleets order through the website?
No. Fleet fueling is arranged directly with TANK’D, even inside the delivery zone. Online ordering and subscription plans are for residential customers.
What are your hours?
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM. Saturday, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM. Closed Sunday. Contact us to discuss scheduling for commercial work.
How far ahead should I order?
Allow at least 90 minutes for new residential orders, subject to available delivery times and operating hours.
What does residential delivery cost?
One-time delivery starts at $20, plus fuel and the service fee. Basic membership is $25 per month for one vehicle; Family is $35 per month for up to three vehicles. Eligible members have no delivery fee for included vehicles. See Pricing for details.
What fuel do you deliver?
Regular (87) gasoline, Premium (93) gasoline, and diesel. Tell us the correct fuel type for your vehicle or equipment.
Do I have to be present?
No, provided your vehicle is accessible and the fuel door is unlocked. Include driver instructions such as gate codes, vehicle location, or access details. An inaccessible vehicle may result in a $20 undeliverable fee.
Is there a minimum?
Residential orders are fill-ups with a 10-gallon minimum. Contact us to discuss commercial fuel quantities.
How do I pay?
Place residential orders online and use our secure subscription checkout for memberships. Your final fuel total is based on the gallons delivered and applicable charges. Fleet, commercial, and rental arrangements are handled directly.
Can I rent a fuel trailer?
Yes. Contact TANK’D with your location, dates, fuel needs, and intended use. We will confirm availability, trailer details, pricing, and any delivery or pickup arrangements before you book.
